Reflection

As 2009 came to an end we decided to take a good look at our process flow, communications, and brand. Thus we have laid out a plan to improve in all 3 of these areas throughout the next few months. We'll review again and hopefully find new areas to improve upon to keep our edge. Keep checking back on our site, more updates will be coming soon!
